This policy explains how Showloomz handles information for studios, photographers, and customers who use hosted portfolio and gallery features.

We collect information needed to provide Showloomz, including account details, studio profile details, email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, billing records, subscription status, gallery and package information, uploaded photos, customer gallery selections, customer notes, and enquiry details.
We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser, device, logs, security events, and usage data required to operate, protect, and improve the service.
We use information to create and manage studio websites, host galleries, process enquiries, notify studio owners, manage subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal or payment obligations.
Studios retain ownership of the photos, captions, notes, logos, and other content they upload. Showloomz uses this content only to provide the website, gallery, customer proofing, and related services selected by the studio.
We do not sell photos, share photos with unrelated third parties, or use uploaded photos for advertising, training, or resale. Photos may be processed by infrastructure providers only as needed for hosting, storage, delivery, security, and service operation.
Customer names, emails, WhatsApp numbers, selected photo names, notes, and enquiry details are used to deliver the requested customer gallery, selection, contact, and notification features for the relevant studio.
We use trusted providers for hosting, database, file storage, authentication, payments, email, analytics, and WhatsApp or messaging delivery. These providers process information only as needed to operate Showloomz, secure the service, or complete payment and communication workflows.
We keep information while an account is active or as needed for service, billing, legal, fraud prevention, and security purposes. Deleted content may remain briefly in logs, caches, or provider systems before removal.
Showloomz is not a backup or archival storage service. Studios are responsible for keeping their own original photo backups. We do not guarantee that uploaded photos can be recovered after deletion, account expiry, cancellation, suspension, or service failure.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so account owners should keep login details private and use strong passwords.
